Okura is a lifestyle subdivision developed under a Management Plan structure. This creates a special area, like a mini zone, within the surrounding Rural Production zone. To assist with conveying the overall vision, we were required to create various documents. 

Some of these resources will be for new owners to ‘put in the drawer’ once read and acknowledged. Others are designed to be easy reference resources to help owners with the practical information they need.
